Using Petipa

Petipa is for your own, personal use. It keeps the plans your assistant writes and shows you the step to do now. You sign in with Apple or Google, and you keep that sign in to yourself.

As it is

Petipa is offered as it is. It may be unavailable at times, or make mistakes, and it can change. A plan comes from your assistant, not from Petipa: check that it suits you, your health, and your situation before you follow it.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Petipa. Don’t try to reach anyone else’s data, get around its limits, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. Petipa may close an account that does.

Your plans

Your plans are yours. Petipa stores them only to show them to you, as the privacy page explains. You can ask us to delete your account, and everything with it, at any time from the support page.

Petipa Plus

Plus costs $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year, in US dollars, billed in advance. It renews automatically until you cancel. There is no free trial.

Plus has no limit on active plans for normal use; to keep the service healthy, an account can hold up to 100 open plans and add up to 20 new plans a day.

You can cancel any time from your account (Manage subscription). Plus continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Then Free’s limits apply, plans past the three newest are paused, and nothing is deleted.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay. For a question about a charge, write to [email protected].

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the laws of Canada that apply there.

Questions and changes

Write to [email protected]. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
