Your rhythm is a weekly look at how you work: this week so far against last week, the hour you usually do your steps, and your best days.
Once you have a couple of full weeks of steps, plans are sized to the steps a week you really keep, so new plans and changes fit the weeks you actually have.
Plus is handled on the web, never in the chat. Prices are in USD.
Making room on Free
Free holds three active plans. To start a fourth, ask your assistant to set one aside. A plan set aside no longer counts, and everything you did on it stays.
If Plus ends
Nothing is deleted. Your three newest plans stay active, and the others are paused until you set one aside or Plus returns. Their progress stays saved.
Renewal and canceling
Plus is billed in advance. It renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account (Manage subscription). Plus continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Any sales tax that applies is shown before you pay. For a question about a charge, write to us from the support page.
